Brief History of the Company WellnessRx was created in 2011 by five RDs who had a strong desire to provide quality, comprehensive wellness services to healthcare professionals. We use our combined knowledge of the healthcare infrastructure to develop services and products that meet the needs of this diverse workforce. Our core belief is that optimal health is within everybody’s reach. We believe that the health of employees is the heart of our business and strive to develop customized services that meet our their needs.

Business Overview & History of Health & Wellness Industry The business geographically will encompass the New York Metro Area. The history of health and wellness show a demand for increased services and programs. In 2008, 65% of prescription plan programs (PPPs) enrolled in H&W programs. In 2011, 76% PPP's enrolled in H&W.
