2 Rick Harris Nancy Blackwell Learning Management Team workkeys@act.org 800.967.5539 Today’s Presenter

3  This webinar has not been customized for the ACT WorkKeys® statewide testing program in South Carolina.  Some content in this webinar or referred to by this webinar may not be applicable to the ACT WorkKeys statewide testing program in South Carolina. Important Notes!

4  Content which does not apply to the South Carolina statewide administration may include aspects of the Administrator Training Program referenced in this presentation and at www.act.org/workkeys- private/admintraining.www.act.org/workkeys- private/admintraining  For example, the “Administration Manual” for paper testing in the Administrator Training Program (pictured on next slide) is used for national test administrations.  A document with applicable quick start guides can be found on the ACT hosted webpage at http://www.act.org/aap/southcarolina/workkeys.html http://www.act.org/aap/southcarolina/workkeys.html Important Notes!

6  This presentation refers to Examinee ID. For the statewide testing program in South Carolina, Examinee ID will be the student’s State ID (not the PowerSchool ID).  The student’s State ID is 10 digits. ACT allows 11 digits. The Examinee ID should be flush left, with no trailing zeros.  Examinee ID is one of 5 match criteria used for testing records, so the same Examinee ID should be used on all Internet Version and paper testing assessments.

7  This presentation refers to “financial profiles.”  It is necessary to associate the correct financial profile with each test so costs are charged appropriately.  The correct financial profile is WorkKeys - Education Important Notes!

8  This presentation refers to identifying or selecting a “realm.”  It is the responsibility of testing staff to identify and select the correct realm so that data flows to the proper entity.  Testing associated with the incorrect realm may result in test results being permanently unavailable to SCDE and incorrect invoicing.  The correct realm will begin with “SCDE 11th Grade”. Important Notes!

9  Recognize test coordinator responsibilities  Describe steps required to administer ACT WorkKeys online  Explain testing accommodations  Complete an irregularity report Learning Objectives
