Project Outline 20 NHS finance teams to pilot ‘Great Place To Work’ team assessment – ‘ Quick Win’ o Details agreed with GPtW institute including a specific NHS finance cohort within the institute database o Identify 20 pilot sites funded by FFF budget in May 2014 o Pilot 20 team assessments, starting June 2014 (maximise use of 21 not selected) o Establish pilot outcome, costs for organisations, promotional pieces (blogs/articles from pilots etc) o Feedback/Review workshop 12 th September 2014 o Use conferences to gather feedback of sites- promote GPtW pilots and learning o Widely communicate/promote outcomes e.g.. through support group, communications hub website, HfMA & other professional body magazine articles o Commission evaluation project- independent, to learn and share wider in the finance community
