17 Outcomes As of December 31, 2015, our portfolio of 22 units (4 properties) had only $940 in accumulated arrears No vacancy in over 2 years Only 1 court ordered eviction since 2005 1 tenant has purchased her own home 48 children live in our buildings And more… ICPH Conference: Beyond Housing 2016
