2 About Survey Should’ve been sent out to agencies creating interfaces. –Sent to everyone. 9 generic ?’s about QA/QC processes within agencies. Familiarize agency heads with FMS. –Name –Face

6 Quality of Responses Brief but to the point –Could tell which agencies had a good idea/confidence level about their agency’s QA by their responses. –Gave us an idea of what they’re working with. –Responses gave good starting point for future QA discussions.
