1. Alton Towers Trip Friday 24 June 2011 The trip is open to current S4, S5 & S6 students. Total cost £42 – There are 57 places available. £10, non-refundable, deposit to book place. Balance of £32 to be paid before exam leave. This is a very popular trip, and no places can be reserved without a deposit. Please see Ms Gillies or Ms McLuckie (Inclusion Room next to Guidance), to book your place!

2. School Photographs Tempest have been in school recently to take photographs of students for the new computerised pupil record system. Order forms have been issued to students who did not have photographs taken earlier this session. If you wish to order please return the form and payment after the February break.

3. S5/6 Home Study Any students who have not returned a ‘Study at Home’ permission form will not be allowed to study at home and if absent will be treated as truanting. Forms to be returned by Friday 11 February. Students are reminded that if they wish to speak to a member of staff during the home study period then they have to make an appointment and stay in school for the remainder of the day. A study facility will be made available for students who opt to stay in school during this period.
