2.  Cold weather and snow has caused delays and difficulties with construction  Structural engineer will be assessing foundation before moving forward ◦ Hoping for end of March/early April ◦ Club will have representation at inspection ◦ Outcome will dictate timeline moving forward

3.  Will be starting season in old space ◦ Need to unpack and get things ready ◦ Goal to be ready for April 1st  Concerns have been raised regarding storage ◦ Contingency plans are a work in progress ◦ The RA and I are working together to come up with an interim solution  Operational Budget (2013) Funds ◦ Arrangements have been made so the end of the club fiscal year (March) will not be an issue.
