7 Newspaper Article Does it make a difference if commercials are 1 min., 30 sec. or 15 sec. in length? Why or why not? Is a 15 sec. commercial just as effective as a 1 min. commercial? Explain. If we can cut down commercials and even our own national anthem, what’s next? Why not cut everything? Where do we draw the line? What’s going to happen to our society after all things are cut shorter and shorter?
