2. Dear Mom and dad, My classroom is a very busy place. Here are a few things I want to share with you about my classroom. My best friends in this class are Leah, Emma, Mickaela, Natalie and Andrea. When I’m with my friends at school we like to have fun. If I could choose an activity to do again, I would like to do the Henry Ford Museum field trip, because I wanted to see more. If you peeked in on me during class, you would probably see me thinking about what to do in class. I do my best work when I am all alone or with a partner. Thank you for coming to my conference. Social Studies The thing I need to work on improving the most is study links You can help me do this by helping me with them

4. I am most proud of my A’s and B’s. I am proud of this because it shows that I that I did my best work. PRIDE On the next slide, you will see a picture of me in my black history costume.

6. Math Reflection The concepts that come easy to me are: long Division At times, there are concepts that are challenging too. I am working on becoming better at timed test, by practicing multiplication and division. When I reflect in all that I have learned in math this year, I feel that my greatest accomplishments are my tests My goal for the remainder of the year is to get 100% on a timed test.

7. Reading Reflection Something I learned this year in reading that I did not know before is how Native Americans lived. The hardest thing about reading is enrichment. I think reading is important because its something that you’ll be using you’re entire life. If I could improve one thing about my work in reading next semester, I would try to do enrichment early in the week.

8. Home Reading Reflection What kind of books do you like to read? Science Fiction How do you choose something to read? I read the back to see what it is about. What do you do to become a better reader? By reading as much as I can. What do you do to help you remember what you have read? Think back to the part. What goal will you set for yourself to help you become a better reader? To read very often.

9. Language Arts Reflection My favorite project is the state project because making the power point. What I didn’t like the research because it was really boring. I also liked presenting to the entire class was really fun because I liked the attention. I also liked bringing in my fur book that I got from my granny. My 2 nd favorite is young authors because I got to express myself. The reason I didn’t like it is because it was homework.

10. SOCIAL STUDIES REFLECTION My Favorite Thing About Social Studies This Year Was The Three Branches Of Government, I liked this because I was really good at it. From This Unit I Learned is about laws and how they became laws.

11. This is me in science class. We were working on our Hovercraft project. We tried to do well but we did the best we could. When I reflect on this project I think of how weird it felt after I blew the hovercraft. I also think of how we did and the best blowers of the team. We got over 200 blows and on the last on between 20 and 75. When I work on a team, my teammates can count on me to help think of ideas to make the hovercraft better. Also they count on me to do anything that we are working on to get it done on time. If you could peek into my science class you might see me talking and working at one time. Sometimes, if you’re lucky you will see me helping my team. And if you are really lucky you will see me doing all the work.

12. When I reflect on classroom standards, I consider how I interact with my classmates and the choices I make. When I work with a group I try to do my best. When I have independent work to do I take it home if I am not getting it or I do it. When it comes to making choices I make okay ones. When I need help on an assignment I tell the teacher. When I am finished with my work I can read. For the remainder of the year, I will make an effort to improve on independent work.
