3 2 Mercer Objective and features of the European Monitor Packages Objectives:  To build a loyalty programme that rewards strong relationships with clients  To ensure that clients get the “best” deal for IPS EMEA conferences, publications and services (market pricing, balance sheet calculations)  Average discount of EMP Silver, Gold and Platinum is 40%  To bring the top companies together at the EMEA conferences through EMP Features:  EMP is a tool to push and sell more publications  EMP Platinum will deliver GCPR online  GCPR or WEBG are only included in the EMP Gold or Platinum  Market Pricings – Global but Total Cash

5 4 Mercer Why are we changing?  Naming “Membership” –A lot of internal confusion about what is a “membership” –Decision to align naming with APAC (Asia Monitor Programme)  Fees –We haven’t changed the EMP fee structure for several years and needed to align with the higher costs of producing the products, services and conferences  Services –We decided to package the new EMP offer with standardised products that will free some internal resources (e.g. AST will do market pricings & balance sheet calculations)  therefore reduced number of market pricings

6 5 Mercer What is changing?  Naming European “Membership” Programme – European Monitor Packages –EMP Standard  EMP Silver –EMP Advanced  EMP Gold –EMP Global  EMP Platinum  Fees –EMP Silverfrom 1,000EURto  1,500EUR –EMP Goldfrom 3,500EURto  5,000EUR –EMP Platinumfrom 5,000EURto  7,000EUR  Services –More standardised services:  therefore reduced number of market pricings/balance sheet calculations  only Total Cash market pricings  not Total Remuneration  Market Pricings can be used for Global not only European data requests  GCPR and/or WEBG are not included in EMP Silver –both are our “best sellers” and clients are already buying these publications in any cases

7 6 Mercer Transition period  All current European Membership Programme “buyers/users” will keep the “old” version until they have used their seat and publication but we will not renew the “old” version anymore, meaning we will not sell this “Membership” again in the future: –In a year time, everyone should be on the new European Monitor Packages  Only the “new” European Monitor Packages should be promoted to all clients/prospects in the future
