Initiatives like the National Teaching Learning Center EDUNET, the Cyber Home Learning System and Digital Library are operated in Korea. The Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development oversees policy and provides guidelines. The 16 Metropolitan & Provincial Offices of Education develop and supply these services. Finally, schools provide services to the end users Principle Research Department School Provide service to users

Buwon u-Learning Model School
K-12 schools Ratio of students : PC (1st in Asia) 5.5:1 School connectivity (97.1%: 2Mpbs speed) 100% Buwon u-Learning Model School 100% Teachers were provided with personal computer 25% Teachers trained in ICT integration training annually Pls link this with school visit The ratio of student:PC is 5.5:1, #1 in Asia. 100% schools are connected and amongst them, 70.7% enjoyed the speed of 2Mpbs Every teacher was given with NB/PC. Over 25~ 33% educators are trained annually to promote the effective use of technologies The internet utilization rate is 64.1% of the population and the 89.9% use it at home.
