Page 2 NZ Winning in January – KPI’s and Scorecard The NZ Winning in January program and toolkit is totally voluntary however we believe that those Suppliers who engage in the program will deliver improved service levels during this key seasonal period. In order to measure the performance outcomes we have developed a KPI score card against which to report This will be self-monitoring from a Supplier perspective however we envision that it will become part of regular supplier meetings including business and category reviews. We have provided the key metrics to measure however format is up to the supplier to develop from their internal systems

Page 3 Key metrics The key metrics covered in reporting need to include: DIFOT by week, by category for Dec, Jan and Feb. DIFOT by SKU for exceptions which have driven overall DIFOT issues Key reason codes from the below selection: – Raw material supply issue – Packaging Issue – Unforecast demand – Manufacturing issue – Transport / logistics issue – Promotional pricing or feature change Sales vs forecast by category by month Review of communication plan effectiveness Review of contingency plan Summary of Key Learnings
