10 Retention Rotary Zones 33-34 Membership Survey. The Obvious Conclusion why Rotarians stay in Rotary: 1 st. To serve their local communities and beyond. 2 nd. To maintain relationships with other like minded people, especially local business, professional and community leaders.

11 Recruiting New Members The Obvious Incentives to Join: To serve their local community. To build relationships (network) with local business, professional and community leaders. To promote ethics in business. To represent their business and profession.
