About 800,000 people are trafficked across U.S borders each year 20 million children each year – primarily 9-11 year-olds-are either forced into communal sex or forced to work in labor factories. 95% of sex slavery involves women and children 65 gangs in the U.S are involved in Human trafficking Human trafficking is estimated to make 31.6 billion in profit

Example In Albuquerque New Mexico they Found out that in a message parlor that they were doing prostitution A person named King said “human trafficking is a big money industry that is growing in New Mexico foreign victims are often lured here with the promise of a better future.” “They say come to the United States and you'll have a job, and make good money. When they get here, they take away their passports, and tell them they know where their families are,” so they get forced to work. Police said they’re continuing to investigate other massage parlors, and believe more arrests will be made

Once their trust is gained, they are recruited in the notorious illegal activity.
