BCSD AUP Guidelines… the student friendly version The Beavercreek City School District Acceptable Use Policy defines the behaviors that all network users should adhere to when accessing information and digital tools on the BCSD network. (BOE policy 7540/7540.03) Breaking these policies can lead to disciplinary consequences as outlined in the student handbook.
11
BCSD AUP Guidelines… the student friendly version Your BCSD network username(s) and password(s) are yours alone and should NEVER be shared with other users. Sign out of all resources when you are done working. This is especially important when utilizing shared devices (i.e. workstations, Chromebooks).
12
Never share personal information online. Protect yourself and others by knowing the size and impact of your digital footprint. Once something is shared digitally, it may be impossible to completely erase or delete the item. BCSD AUP Guidelines… the student friendly version

Think before you post… What you do now in a moment of fun may impact you in the future when you’re applying to colleges, job hunting, etc.… Social networking should only be used for positive and productive purposes. Always act and treat others with respect, both in person and online. AUP Guidelines… the student friendly version
