2. What is a da-zi-bao? ● The da-zi-bao could be defined as “a form of propaganda in the shape of a large handwritten poster presenting an important issue.”

3. What is Propaganda? ● Propaganda can be defined as “the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person.”

4. Propaganda in Our Lives ● We are exposed to propaganda every day in the form of advertising. Propaganda was used heavily by Mao during the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
