4.  Research helps us provide an understanding on a particular subject or topic.  Research can help open our minds to new and innovative ideas and inspire us to learn and explore more.  Research can be used in any setting, can be used for school projects, for choosing a college, finding a job, or even choosing what movie to go and see.

There are several reasons why learning these skills now are extremely valuable and beneficial: This can help prepare you for any projects and assignments you have to complete for any of your middle school courses. You are already equip and knowledgeable of how to complete basic research by the time you enter high school. And basically these are amazing skills to have and knowing them will save you time and energy when completing your work.
