2 Report preparation Structure of report – Cover page – Summary – General Information about the HEI – Description of each criterion according to SAR – Analysis and assessment of each criterion – Recommendations re decision General assessment (positive/negative

3 Cover page may include name of HEI name of programme, degree awarded, short description of programme, start of procedure, date of providing the documents (SAR etc), date of site visit, organization of programme ( part time,fulltime,resp. full time equivalent), first start, earlier evaluations,

4 Requirements for report (including drafts!) comprehensive, but avoid unnecessary information evidence--‐based clear, readable style neat formatting

5 Introduction (Cover page)may include student intake capacity, number of recent beginners, number of credit points, hours per credit point, recommended decision, recommended conditions, names of chairperson of experts (including their specialties/provenience)

6 Each criterion should be discussed (if applicable for HEI) Each statement must be based on qualitative/quantitative data,factual information Each area should be assessed (positive/negative) Requirements for the report

7 Recommendations – concerning shortcomings of the HEI – indicating actions that must be taken immediately – how to improve the performance of HEI – for the development of the activities HEI Requirements for the report

8 Deadlines for report Draft reports –one month after site visit(revised by coordinator); Higher education institution’s remarks about factual mistakes in 10 days; Final reports –10 days after institution’s remarks.
