Performance Performs analyses, designs and develops on-line learning curriculum at the http://Minspeak.com website.http://Minspeak.com Assesses the learning outcomes that need to be developed, understands the performance expectations and gaps, and assists in deriving the appropriate learning solution. Partners with Content Matter Experts to gather and validate learning goals (performance requirements, measures of success, terms and conditions). Organizes course content to produce online curriculum that meets learning needs of stakeholders. Develops and manages timeline. Collaborates with Content Matter Experts to design blended (online and F2F) curriculum solutions that align to SCS business priorities and strategies. Participates in peer-to-peer reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and appropriate development of course content. Develops tools and processes to measure effectiveness of curriculum solutions and learner performance to ensure projects meet development requirements. Guides SCS on course development and implementation in the online environment. Manages website developer and programmers relationships for the productionof accessible content. Gathers information, analyzes data trends, provides information to PRC project teams. Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
