The Effective Way to Wash Your Hands. 15 - 20 seconds with soap and warm water (e.g. Sing the “Happy Birthday” song twice) Rub hands vigorously together and scrub all surfaces Rinse with warm water Dry your hands with a clean paper towel or hand dryer
