6 Charismatic Gathers followers by their personality and charm Do not use authority to force people to obey

7 Transformational Similar to charismatic but they want to create change Lots of enthusiasm Understands peoples strengths and weaknesses and assigned work based on this

8 Transactional Reward for good work Bad work receives punishment Everything is based on consequences

9 Servant Boss does whatever the employees want them to do They are there for the employee’s wants and needs
