1 UMPP Projects: ISSUES

2 PFCCL Tilaiya UMPP  Procuring States have agreed to terminate PPA with Reliance Power Ltd. and during meeting held on 23.12.2015 have decided to pay termination payment to takeover SPV  Project is proposed to be re-bid at the earliest.  The contribution may be remitted immediately by concerned states in proportionate to the Power allocation to the collection account of Jharkhand to enable takeover of SPV by last week of Jan’16 and bidding process can be initiated thereafter.

3 Minstry Of Power Bihar UMPP West Bengal has refused to take power (400 MW) allocated to it.
