Wetland Management Planning Process - Uganda’s Case Step 1: reconnaissance, identify and mobilize all stakeholders general resources (Human & equipment)-secure ownership Step 2: agree on process, time-frame, output with stakeholders Step 3: CWMP: analyze stakeholder interests, any conflicts existing systems, roles & responsibilities Step 5:CWMP: agree on objectives of CWMP Step 6: CWMP agree on management options Step 4:CWMP: Analyze resources, users, abusers, conflicts Step 0: identify planning area Step7: CWMP: zone the planning area Step 8: CWMP: develop WMP with a monitoring plan Step 9: CWMP: agree on sanctions
