Economic Impact of Corridor H A recent study conducted suggests the completion of Corridor H by 2020 instead of the current 2036 or after will have an economic impact of at least $1.254 billion Construction of Corridor H will have an additional $800 million economic impact The completion of Corridor H will give the eastern half of West Virginia access to the Virginia Inland Port, which has double-stack rail services to the largest, deepest port in the Eastern United States at Norfolk
