2. When you see a Red circle or a next button, like this, that means we want you to click on something. These are the same steps you’ll take when you’re working with your patients. For now, let’s go ahead and click “Next”. Welcome to ABPathfinder! I’m Abbie, and I’ll be leading you through how to create a skill using Quick- Add Skill. Next There is just one thing before we get started. Throughout this guide, I’ll ask for your help.

3. Quick-Add Skill is used when you are creating a data sheet. Select a patient and let’s get started.

4. Select “New” to create a new data sheet.

5. Go ahead and create the description, select the number of skills and domains. Then, click on “Generate”.

6. To add a skill to your data sheet, click on the “Add Skill” button.

7. First, search for the skill to see if it exists in your protocol. If no skill matches your search, then click on “Quick-Add Skill”.

8. Select the score type. Let’s go over how to create a task analysis skill for Shoe Tying.

9. Finally, select the appropriate prompts. Remember, these can be full and faded. If no prompts are defined, your team will score the step as P-. Note: These are NOT custom skills or steps for a specific patient. They are available for anyone. First, create a generic name for the skill. Then enter your target steps. Use returns to separate the individual steps. If you have steps typed out in a word, excel, or PDF file you can copy and paste them into the text box. Next

10. Review your skill and hit “Save”.

11. It’s that easy to create a new skill! Once it’s been added to your data sheet you can define and customize the steps. Next

12. If you create an accuracy, prompt fade, or frequency skill, you will define the targets, presentations, and Sd’s. Remember, if you have them in another document just copy and paste.

13. After creating a Quick-Add Skill, to make edits, access it under “Protocol”. Notice all Quick-Add Skills are in a new domain under your Ad- Hoc Custom Protocol. You or your admin can move the skill into it’s appropriate domain. Note, they are set to “Teaching Only”. If you have a custom baseline you will want to adjust “Assessment Role” to “General”. Next
