5. was engaged in the early stages of work on atomic energy at Stanford University new method: combining it with essential elements of earlier work on magnetic moment of the neutron, to remeasure this important quantity 1946-Bloch & E.Purcell independently introduced nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
