Summary of Updates Changes based on Recommendation Memo – Cleaned workbook and moved analysis into latest ProCost template. – Updated Federal and Energy Star standards for Modified Energy Factor (MEF) and Water Factor (WF). – Updated list of California Energy Commission (CEC) Database commercial clothes washers to the latest available. – Properly documented several measure parameters including gas/electric water heating efficiency and water ∆T. – Revised method of relating machine energy and hot water use to washer efficiency ratings. Summary of Changes Energy Savings – Decreased across measures by an average of 34% (minimum 19%, maximum 64%). Incremental costs – Decreased by 46% across all measures. Life – No change. TRC Cost-Effectiveness – All measures remain cost-effective.
