2. Purpose  Provide a ready reference resource for any court employee regarding services locally available …  Utilize a database of information and display to the employees utilizing the Court Intranet based on “Keyword” association.

3. Design Method  Utilize a Microsoft Access database front-end and a Microsoft SQL Server back-end to provide single source maintenance and “query” retrieval of data for display via the court intranet.  Data to be “queried” and displayed in “read-only” fashion based on users “keyword”.

Search … Service Providers  Program utilizes the “keyword” provided by the user and displays all Service Providers associated to that “keyword”.  Displayed result provides general data on the provider's as well as the services they provide.  Service information can then be displayed for further details.
