Purpose Provide a ready reference resource for any court employee regarding services locally available … Utilize a database of information and display to the employees utilizing the Court Intranet based on “Keyword” association.

Design Method Utilize a Microsoft Access database front-end and a Microsoft SQL Server back-end to provide single source maintenance and “query” retrieval of data for display via the court intranet. Data to be “queried” and displayed in “read-only” fashion based on users “keyword”.

Search … Service Providers Program utilizes the “keyword” provided by the user and displays all Service Providers associated to that “keyword”. Displayed result provides general data on the provider's as well as the services they provide. Service information can then be displayed for further details.

Path forward … Continue to develop “keywords” and associated Service Providers. Upgrade concepts and program to assure “expected” outcomes are met and or exceeded. Incorporate program into Superior Court Intranet website.
