3. Depreciation Shield
DEPRECIATION is the rate at which the value of your vehicle parts reduce as the vehicle ages.
In case of a claim, insurance companies apply the depreciation rate to arrive at the amount payable for a specific damaged part.

5. 24x7 Spot Assistance- Flat Battery, Fuel Assistance & Flat Tyres
If your car gets immobilised due to flat tyres, we will arrange for the refill and /or replacement of the flat tyres.
If your car gets immobilised due to a flat battery, we will make alternative arrangements to make your car mobile again.
If your car gets immobilised due to fuel problems, we will either arrange for fuel supply or for carrying out repairs.

6. Spare Keys Assistance, Towing & Minor Repairs
In the event of you losing the keys of your car, we will arrange for the pick up & delivery of spare keys to the spot where your car is located.
If your car gets immobilised due to an accident/breakdown, we shall arrange for a free towing of your car from the accident spot to the nearest authorised dealer/workshop.
If your car gets immobilised at the roadside, we will arrange for minor mechanical or electrical repairs.

7. Message Relay & Taxi Benefits
If your car meets with an accident/breakdown taking place within 100 km of your city, we will provide transportation service to transfer the occupants of your car to a single destination within 50 km from the spot of immobilization.
In the event of the Insured Vehicle getting immobilized as a result of accident and/or breakdown, we will send urgent message on your request to the specified persons through available means of communication.

8. Legal Advice Medical Co-ordination
If you meet with an accident while traveling in your car, you can call us to obtain details regarding the nearest medical center that can provide emergency relief services.
If you meet with an accident while traveling in your car, you shall be entitled for a free legal advice up to 30 minutes from a legal advisor over the phone.

9. Accommodation Benefits
If your car meets with an accident/breakdown taking place beyond 100 km from your city & repairs for which will take more than 12 hrs, we will provide hotel accommodation for the occupants of your car for a maximum of two days & two nights.
This will be limited to Rs.2000 per person per day & a maximum total of Rs throughout the Policy Period.
