Maxxseal 200 for Road, Roadbed and Shoulder Applications Replaces traditional road and pad building materials as well as shoulder materials with an environmentally friendly liquid polymer-resin product that can reduce road construction and maintenance costs. When used in the base, MaxxSeal 200 provides roads, pads and shoulders that are highly impermeable, durable and cost-effective.

Building a Maxxseal 200 Road Mixing Rate –10 to 15 gallons of water for each gallon of Maxxseal 200 (based on amount or moisture in the soil, climate and type of soil at time of application) Application Rate –1 gallon of Maxxseal 200 for each 40 to 66 square feet of project area (based on soil composition - Benchmark 66 sq. ft.) Cure Time – 24 to 72 hours without rain and temperature above 40°F (preferably with exposure to sunshine) Equipment –Traveling mixer, disc or equivalent –Motor Grader with rippers (Caterpillar 12G or equivalent) –Water truck (two preferably) - 3,000 gal. capacity –Double drum roller - vibratory, 10-12 tons (Hyster C-754A or equivalent)

10. Easy to apply, the product is supplied in 55 gallon drums and mixed on-site with water. The Maxxseal /water ratio depends on soil type, weather conditions and terrain slope. Generally, dilution rate is 1 part Maxxseal /12 parts water. After mixing, the liquid is merely sprayed on the site soil with a water truck or hand sprayer. No compaction is required. Curing time depends on the soil type and weather conditions at the time of application. During hot dry weather, treated soil typically cures in 3 hours.
