3. Significant scenario discussed during post mortem The significant event that I have observed during the rehearsal on the opening ceremony of the event, a day before the program. The rehearsal is the only rehearsal made for the event. I have found a chaos situation during rehearsal and it appear to be better during the event, however, there were lots of improvement to be made.

4. STRENGTH- committed members swot  Committed members.  volunteer themselves to help in other department (marketing department volunteers to help as ushers for Protocols department.)  experienced MEP & seniors

STRENGTH- committed members WEAKNESS- lack of preparation, experiences, time swot  EXCO protocols - juniors which do not have experience on this department.  Event not well prepared ( Flow of event planned during the meeting a day prior to the rehearsal date.  Limited number of experienced members/ senior EXCO for guidance.  No sufficient time for preparation and rehearsal, as the DK4 will be closed by 7 and there was no bus after 7  Another department is food and beverages department (make a last minute purchased of extra drink )

STRENGTH- committed members WEAKNESS- lack of preparation, experiences, time OPPORTUNITY- more experienced seniors swot  more experienced members in charge or to guide each department  All the preparation should be done and job assigned before the rehearsal.  Extra time should be provided for rehearsal or another way is to have 2 rehearsal.  Each department should be clear for their job scope at the beginning of the event preparation.

7. STRENGTH- committed members WEAKNESS- lack of preparation, experiences, time OPPORTUNITY- more experienced seniors THREATS- preferred other activities swot  experienced members will preferred to join other activities

8. Conclusion This event have given me a chance to view all the mistakes that might occur if a program is lead by people with less experienced. Although we have a very good leader who lead very well in her leadership, the team members also play very important role. Thus, team work and leadership are very important qualities to success a program. Thank you.
