2. What is a presentation? n A collection of slides relating to the same topic which may be shown while an oral report is given.

6. Views n Slide View - default, allows you to see a single slide on screen. Use this view to edit or modify the presentation. n Outline View - displays slide text in a notebook page layout to give an overview of the content of a presentation. Use this view to organize the presentation.

7. Views cont. n Slide Sorter View - allows you to see miniature copies of your slides on screen so that you can see the flow of the presentation. Use this view to move, copy, and delete slides. n Notes Page View - allows you to display speaker’s note pages for each slide.

8. Views cont. n Slide Show View - allows you to see your slides as an on-screen presentation. n Change the view by clicking on the appropriate button on the bottom left of the presentation window.
