Establishing an environment conducive to learning is a critical aspect of starting a training session off on the right foot. Your students should feel free and comfortable during the whole training and ice breakers are the best way to help your students get to know each other; to break the ice on the first day of training. If your students are adults, it's even more important to choose an ice breaker that won't backfire on you. Most adults don't want to play silly games. Remember that ice breakers are also a great way to energize your training course participants. Be creative and make it in a funny way! “ Social entrepreneurship for social change”, Nordplus adult Project ID AD-2012_1a-30159
