3.  Normal deltoid and bicep  No movement in triceps, wrists, hands, or legs  Pain and temperature sensation normal over deltoid and lateral side of forearm  No pain or temperature sensation in middle finger, ulnar portion of forearm, medial side of arm, chest, abdomen, or legs  Ability to detect proprioception and vibration normal through body

4.  Cervical stenosis  Cervical spondylosis  Multiple Sclerosis  Brachial nerve injury

5.  Fracture at C5 level  Pt has no movement below elbows  C5 controls elbow movement and that’s where her movement stops
