#InnovateHR Project Charter (1 of 2) HR Special Interest Group (SIG ): Succession Planning & Development Project HR Special Interest Group (SIG ): Succession Planning & Development Creation of a SIG on the topic of Succession Planning & Development (ASUG members** including 2 volunteer leads) representing the collective voice of the customers, with the goals of: 1. Sharing best practices / creating learning & networking opportunities 2. Providing feedback to SAP SucessFactors 3. Influencing solution enhancement direction SIG Members SAP SuccessFactors Community member or ASUG HCM Special Interest Group member interested in learning, sharing knowledge on, and influencing the topic of Succession Planning & Development: Interested ASUG members** from companies currently using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation with 2 people nominated as SIG volunteer leads.SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Customer Specialist from SAP to help start up and run the pilot. Stakeholders SAP SuccessFactors customers represented by the SIG volunteer leads SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Product Manager: Dipesh Bhattacharya SAP SuccessFactors Product Management Customer Engagement Manager: Eduardo Salamanca de Diego ASUG HR Community Activist: Sherryanne Meyer Background Problem: Currently, there are 2 distinct user communities with interest in SAP SucessFactors (SF) products in North America: SAP SuccessFactors User Community and ASUG HCM User Community using SF products With 2 distinct user communities, there is a lack of clarity on how customers can find learning & networking opportunities, provide feedback and influence on specific product topics. Opportunity: With a pilot, establish a joint customer committee (named Special Interest Group) to represent the collective customer voice on the topic of Succession Planning & Development: in creating learning & networking opportunities establishing and prioritizing feedback and enhancement proposals to the SAP SuccessFactors Product Advisory Board. **Early SIG participants who are SuccessFactors Community members without ASUG membership will get temporary ASUG membership during this 6 month pilot.
