PROBLEM DO YOU THINK THE release dISTANCE WILL AFFECT THE BOUNCE dISTANCE OF a GOLF bALL fROM tHE fIRST bOUNCE tO tHE sECOND?
3
Hypothesis I PREDICT lager the release distance it drops from the farther it goes from bounce 1 to bounce 2.
4
Controlled Variable Golf Ball
5
Manipulated Variable The distance realease point
6
Dependent Variable The distance from bounce 1 to bounce 2
7
Materials Carbon paper, goggles, golf ball, graph paper, lab report, masking tape, meter tape, paper towels,16 d nails, Pvc piping
8
Procedures 1. Draw a sketch 2.Get your supplies 3. Put goggles on 4. Put tube together 5.Take out golf ball 6.Anglethe tube 7.Use carbon paper 8. Mark were ball lands on the paper towels
9
Observations our observations was the farther we drop the ball the farther it will go.
10
Conclusions our conclusion the higher you drop the ball the farther it goes I know this because bounce 1 was 38cm,bounce 2 was 51cm,bounce3 was 73cm bounce4 was88cm,

Possible Explanations The angle of the pip could have effected the distance of the golf ball.
