Did students make progress? ― If the student’s Composite score was 1 point higher than prior year. (Requires two years of data) ― If the student made Attainment then they made Progress. ( 5.0 Composite and 4.0 or higher in Literacy Grades 1-12, on a Tier B or C) Did the district, consortium or state make progress? ― If the percentage of student making progress was greater than the goal. ― Percentage of Progress is the number of students making progress divided by total count. 3
