3. How was it developed? Formed out of a Grant Making conference in Canberra in 2004 The Power of Lunch! VLGA review of grantmaking recommended the development of a network

4. What does the Network do? Shares information and promotes discussions between local councils Identifies common issues across councils Promotes best practice in the field of community grantmaking
