Group 1 – The Adult Playground Transportation Hub Build apartment complex Floor level accessible via bike ramps Cafes / shops for convenience while living in apartments and villas Fremont – Franklin - Lafayette - El Camino Use Forge garden as recreational area while expanding the garden itself Amphitheatre / movie wall Implement self-driven energy Imitate San Pedro Square environment Incorporate acceptance of Meal points Food truck station Benton – Monroe – Homestead – Lafayette Local stores and restaurants Farmers market Outdoor entertainment Live music / Stage area Forge Garden

Group 2 – Yoga & Fitness Benton – Monroe – Homestead – Lafayette Build pedestrian overpass for ease of getting around areas Center communal area to include rock climbing, pool, and outdoor lawn for yoga, concerts, etc. Shops surrounding center area Artistic pieces & sculptures Restaurant, bars, farmers market Underground parking

Group 3 – Super Dome Transportation Hub Parking area Technology center Fremont – Franklin - Lafayette - El Camino Dome amphitheater to aid noise control Late night area & music incubator for students Higher end stores (Trader Joes, wine bar, etc.) Integrate Fire Dept. into the park Benton – Monroe – Homestead – Lafayette Senior (assisted) living area Community park Open green area with Low density living Implement sustainable green research ideas happening at SCU
