4. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES Select RENAME Your chosen MSDS See product name ‘Circled’

5. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES This is the EDIT tool used to Create, Remove, Modify or View CreateRemove View Red = selected Modify

6. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES Select ‘ + ’ to ADD (Create) new name

7. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES Enter ‘Preferred’ name Select OK

8. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES See your Preferred name in the list Now Select GOLD MSDS again

9. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES Type in your PREFERRED NAME & select GO

10. EXIT Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES Your chosen MSDS See product name ‘Circled’

11. To change filter settings to see PREFERRED NAMES ONLY, select SETTINGS Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES

12. Select “Show Preferred Names” Then SAVE your changes. Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES To return to search screen select ‘MATERIALS’ tab

13. To View Preferred Names from MANIFEST select that tab Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES

14. Select the manifest/store you wish to view Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES

15. Select the PREFERRED NAME box The name appears in Red font Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES EXIT

16. Manifest /stores page To return to first Search screen select MATERIALS tab Create / Add PREFERRED NAMES
