5. Medical Examination/Coroner Report Two Gunshot wounds. Entry – Lower Back. Exit – Front Abdomen. Toxicology – Evidence of a sleeping aid, nonlethal dose. Internal Damage from gunshot wounds – Fractured vertebrae, damage to kidney and stomach, punctured lung. Bleeding and damage by gunshot wounds were found to be probable cause of death.

Motive: has a past history of domestic disturbances and a cocaine user. Neighbors have called the police multiple times reporting screaming and fighting. Emotional during the interview.

Suspect #2 – Erik Maye (31) – DOB: 12/13/1982 – Sex: Male – Race: White – Place of Birth: Vancouver, BC – Mother’s Name: Jessica Maye – Father’s Name: Robert Maye – Marital Status: Unmarried – Height: 6’3” – Weight: 180 lbs – Eye Color: Brown – Hair Color: Brown – Occupation: Store Clerk – Employer: Walmart Motive: Obsessive behavior towards his sister. Stacy’s parents describe him to be obsessed with her. Stacy attempted to get a restraining order against him- unable to receive one. Erik has a past of committing violent acts. Avoided eye contact during interview, answered every question, seemed in sort of a trance. Hates Stacy’s boyfriend, sent him threatening text messages.

Suspect #3 – Tony Cappaccino (37) – DOB: 7/12/1976 – Sex: Male – Race: Latino – Place of Birth: Denver, CO – Mother’s Name: Adrianna Perez – Father’s Name: Carlos Cappaccino – Marital Status: Unmarried – Height: 5’11” – Weight: 155 lbs – Eye Color: Brown – Hair Color: Dark Brown – Occupation: Mechanic – Employer: NAPA Auto Parts Motive: Drug dealer, deals to Stacy’s boyfriend. Threatened to harm Stacy if her boyfriend didn’t make up the money he owned him. Unmarried- Mechanic at NAPA Auto Parts. No criminal record- cocaine/ meth dealer. Jittery during the beginning of the interview, later on opened up and was responsive.

9. Evidence Human services business card, health card for West-Linn/Wilsonville. Partial Fingerprint on Doorknob of Bedroom – Later matched to Erik Maye

10. Evidence Cont. Fiber on Bed sheet – Later identified as Human Hair belonging to Sam Axe Blue Cell Phone belonging to the Victim. Phone records were retrieved – Stacy was planning to go to her aunt's. Phone Records from Sam Axe were also retrieved. Two shell casings – Ballistics matched the two bullets to the casings found and traced to a gun registered to Erik Maye.
