About Otto -Born on March 8th, 1879 -He was a nuclear chemists -Attended University of Marburg, Humbolt University of Berlin, and University College, London. -Wife named Edith & and son named Hanno -Otto spent 1 year in German Army - Died on July 28th, 1968

Awards Some of the awards he won are… -Nobel Prize (1944) -Max Planck Medal (1949) -The Grand Cross 2nd Class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany

Other info -Otto felt terrible after the U.S. bombed Japan, he felt responsible for the deaths -He was recognized as one of the most important chemists of all time. - Known as “The Father of Nuclear Chemistry”.
