5 2013 ACTUAL INCOME Donation from branches increased from 44% to 56% LnP and SoS subsidy increased from 18% in 2012 to 25% in 2013 This does not include the Calamity Fund amounting to P815k and NLTC Registration Fees amounting to P2.392M

6 2013 ACTUAL EXPENSE 77% of total 2013 expense went to mission expense 23% to administrative expense NLT & NLTC expense only includes those shouldered by Nat’l Off. This does not include the Calamity Expense of P839k

15 ON MUSIC MINISTRY 1.A very evangelistic tool so practice and train well. 2.Take a pastoral concern for the quality of our instruments, musicians, singers, and even sound system. 3.Required instruments – guitar, beatbox, tambourine (or the like)

16 MEN OF F.I.R.E. 1.A mission on men’s evangelization and discipleship 2.To strengthen friendships among men & creating a manly environment 3.Conduct regular evangelistic events spread throughout the year 4.Continue to ask the help of sisters

COMMITTED MEMBERS’ PM Open Prayer MeetingCommitted Members’ PM Welcoming and bridging friendship Acknowledge people’s presence Accessible, well-lighted and safe venue same Sharings are personal, faith- building, concrete, avoiding jargons, acronyms & too much principles. Sharings are life-giving, inspiring, and faith-building Worship & prayer are shorter, simpler songs and less exercise of Spiritual gifts Good, rich and longer time of worship. Members exercise the spiritual gifts.

19 OPM VS. COMMITTED MEMBERS’ PM Open Prayer MeetingCommitted Members’ PM Talks are inspiring, encouraging, practical, applicable, relevant and Christ-centered. Talks are formative, lead people to radical discipleship, and equip people to live our way of life. Leader has welcoming and joyful disposition, keeps the audience informed as to what will happen. Leader should be inspiring, encouraging & empowering Avoiding introducing guests in an embarrassing or isolating way. Give some instructions on how guests can participate. Music & songs should be good, upbeat, shorter, with simples message and easy to follow. Music and songs should help people to worship well.

20 ON GADGET & DRESS CODE 1.Keep using your Bibles  instead of your tablets, phones, phablets  many still get distracted with gadgets  We can be distracted by a text or call 2.Attire should be appropriate and decent, not distracting or revealing.

21 OUR DREAM ACTION GROUP 1.There’s regular spiritual input – talk, Bible study, book review, topic discussion. 2.There’s regular personal life sharing, fellowship, service, 1-to-1 meetings (2/year) 3.Members have & use annual pastoral plan 4.Trained AGLs 5.Meets regularly (weekly) 6.100% attendance and participative
