Talks are formative, lead people to radical discipleship, and equip people to live our way of life. Leader has welcoming and joyful disposition, keeps the audience informed as to what will happen. Leader should be inspiring, encouraging & empowering Avoiding introducing guests in an embarrassing or isolating way. Give some instructions on how guests can participate. Music & songs should be good, upbeat, shorter, with simples message and easy to follow. Music and songs should help people to worship well.
