4 Just as an Air Traffic Control tower, we need to have 100% accountability of two areas: Inbound (SHOWROOM, SERVICE, PHONE, internet, chat, text) Traffic! Outbound (sold follow-up, unsold follow-up, lease renewals, retail renewals, prospecting and service) Traffic! As we go forward today I will explain the principles and how from the time of take off to the time of landing we implement an air traffic control process.
