“If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.” ~ David Viscott ~

Why are we here? Talk about what is working. Talk about what needs work. Talk about where we are going. Reflection on our actions. Taking the next step!
4
What works? What needs work? Study skills. Change what isn’t working! Don’t be afraid to try new techniques. Repetition, repetition, repetition! Manipulate the information: brain maps, flash cards, writing it out, matching, memory games Try creating a study guide—everyone come up with three questions. Put them together and there you have it! Try explaining it to someone who has no idea Do whatever it takes! Go see your instructors for additional help. No group tutors available because the course isn’t offered here.

“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” - Bruce Lee

What works? What needs work? Time management. Use your day planners—color code if necessary. Prioritize assignments based on due date and level of intensity. Routine is important! Don’t allow yourself to slip out of it. Study group doesn’t mean social time. Find a study partner you trust and who will stay on task! Attendance Be there, and be engaged How will you make up the information missed?
