2 Lesson 1: Develop an understanding of Enrollment Services self help for students via MyPCC. This includes verify major, ordering transcripts, enrollment verification, transfer credit evaluation, and consent to release. Lesson 2: Show students how to access Enrollment Services self help via MyPCC. Lesson 3: Assist students with navigation through MyPCC for Enrollment Services needs.

3 Students will be required to verify their majors once a year. They will receive an email informing them of the hold placed on their account and the steps to remove the hold. Log in to MyPCC http://my.pcc.edu From the Home tab, click Update your degree and major. Select the term and click Submit.

4 If the major is correct click No Change. If the major needs to be changed select new major from the dropdown menu and click Submit.

5 After clicking Submit or No Change the student will receive a verification that the hold has been removed. Once the hold is removed the student can register via MyPCC. A student can’t change their degree once they have registered for the term. If the student needs to change they must do it via the ES windows or phone queue. Changes for the current term must be done by the first Friday of the term.

6 From the Home tab, click Consent to Release. The student should enter the information and approvals for the individual they want to release information to. Click Add This Name to save the information. Students can update approvals and delete individuals as they see fit.

7 From the Home tab, click Get Proof of Employment. From the Student Records Banweb menu click on Proof of Enrollment. Students will be redirected to the National Clearinghouse. Students can verify enrollment and verification provided to loan holders.

8 To order official transcripts students should go to the Home tab and click Transcripts. The student can look up a college to populate the address. To mail to a personal address select from the dropdown menu. To pick up or send to another party put name on the Other box and click Continue.

9 On the second page the student can enter an address manually and click Continue. On the last page the student can select the number of copies desired and their mailing preference. For students picking up transcripts they must leave the address page blank and on the last page identify their preferred campus. Lastly, they should click Continue to process the transcript request.

10 For an unofficial transcript go to the My Courses tab and click Unofficial Transcript. The next page will show transcript type. The student must click Submit and the unofficial transcript will display on their computer.

11 From the Home tab, click Transfer Credit Evaluation. The next page will show transcripts from other schools that are ready for evaluation. The student must approve the evaluation in order for the credits to be processed.
