3. Non-metals Nonmetals have most properties opposite of metals. They are non-ductile Un-conductive Brittle if in the solid state Are found as solid, liquids and gases at room temperature

4. Groups Elements in a group have similar physical properties to each other. Such properties are – Boiling point – Melting point – Density

5. Electron shells An easy way to determine the number of electrons in each shell for elements 1 through 20 are by counting the number of electrons it has per periods.
