Click the insertion point anywhere within the field to be deleted and then click the Delete Rows button on the Table Design toolbar.

6 ©2001 Paradigm Publishing Inc.Access Section 3 - 6 Filters Records can be filtered by selection or filtered by form. Clicking Filter by Form causes all records to be temporarily removed from the datasheet and a blank row appears where you select the field and the criteria to filter by.

Key a label and the required formula in the control objects. A calculated control is referred to as an unbound object since the data is not stored anywhere within the table.
