45. CONCLUSION Spiritual gifts are developed through study, planning and application. Study involves reading books as well as spending time observing and working with a person who has a similar gift. Paul counselled Timothy, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth,” (2 Timothy 2:15).
