Yes, Delhi, our city faces some environmental problems….

Some Environmental problems are: o Water Pollution of Yamuna River. o Air Pollution due to some factories. o Solid Waste like garbage..

These issues are really severe as there can be problems such as: o Lack of pure water, leading to impure water. o Air which is not fresh. o Unhealthy environmental conditions, leading to bad health. o Smog..

 Air Pollution: Pollution from Factories and Pesticides.  Water Pollution: Sewage and wastewater mainly from houses.  Land Pollution: Garbage and dust..

Causes of these issues can be unhealthy conditions, pollution in water bodies, more area getting damaged due to land pollution, smoke in the air, lack of nutrition, and other such causes…..

Some ways can be:  Modification of Transport.  Conservation of Energy  Reduce waste.  Stop usage of toxic chemicals.  Planting more trees.  Filter gases released from factories.  Less use of CFC’s.  And there can be so many other ways……

As a youth, I believe that we can even do small little things to solve such environmental problems. We can switch off lights and fans when we leave the room, to save energy; we can use non-CFC perfumes. Moreover, we also should reduce wastage of products and should use them as many times as possible. Recycling can also be a solution to the problems of environment. We should save paper to save trees. Travelling more by cycles or by foot, instead of using cars and other petroleum using vehicles can save fuel and can even reduce pollution levels in our country. I’m sure that such small but very useful initiatives can reduce such problems of the environment. -Prateek Bajaj As a youth, I believe that we can even do small little things to solve such environmental problems. 9 There has been a huge difference between the environmental conditions of the past times and the present time now. Earlier, their weren’t so many factories all around in the cities, mainly they were away from towns.. Also, the main difference is in terms of trees. There wasn’t much deforestation and there were much lush green areas all over our country, whereas now, there had been a drastic change in the same. There also has been an increase in the levels of illness and diseases. People get more easily prone to diseases because of the lack of fresh air, water and other necessary elements of the nature. -Prateek Bajaj There has been a huge difference between the environmental conditions of the past times and the present time now.
